Privacy & Data Use

By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your name, email address, and any information you provide during the program. Your contact details are used to communicate program logistics, session links, and related updates.

Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland); your payment details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us. This site does not use tracking cookies. The Human in the Loop newsletter is sent via beehiiv and only with your explicit consent — you can unsubscribe at any time.

As part of the cohort experience, your name and profile information (including a photo or headshot, if you provide one) may be shared with other cohort members. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data — contact office@andreashornai.com.

Media Release & Content Consent

You grant Andreas Horn (Human in the Loop) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use your name, likeness, photograph, video, audio recordings, and testimonials captured during live sessions or submitted during the program — for promotional, educational, and social media purposes. This includes session recordings, screen captures, quotes, clips, and cohort photos shared on social media, websites, newsletters, and future marketing materials.

By participating in any live session, you understand that your name, face, voice, and comments may appear in content shared publicly, and you waive any right to review or approve such use. If you prefer not to appear in promotional material, email us before the program starts and we will accommodate where reasonably possible.

Session Recordings

Live sessions are recorded for replay access, program archives, and promotional use. By attending, you acknowledge that your participation — including your name, voice, image, and comments — may appear in these recordings and may be shared with other cohort members or publicly in accordance with the Media Release above.

Sensitive Information

This program includes group sessions with the full cohort. Do not share proprietary, confidential, or sensitive business information during sessions that you would not want others to hear or potentially discuss outside the program. We are not responsible for how other participants may use or reference information you voluntarily share in group settings. You participate at your own discretion.

Intellectual Property

All program content — including frameworks, templates, slides, resources, and recordings — is the intellectual property of Andreas Horn (Human in the Loop) and may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without prior written permission.

Refund Policy

Founding Cohort (July 7 – July 30, 2026): You may request a full refund any time during the first week — through Monday, July 13, 2026, 11:59 PM CET. To request a refund, email office@andreashornai.com by that deadline — no questions, no forms.

Upon approval, you receive a full refund and are removed from the cohort, including access to sessions, recordings, community channels, and the member network. No refunds are issued after July 13, 2026, 11:59 PM CET, for any reason.

Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior — without refund.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all of the above terms.
